Everyone is so different on the caloires burned. My advice is invest in an HRM. It is designed for YOUR body and knows your statistics and can tell you the caloires you have burned during your exercise. other than that you will never get an exact reading like I said everyone is different.

Wow all of you look fantastic! Keep up the good work! I wish I had a before pic.. my mother might have one but not at my starting weight. I think It was when I was 179 lbs. Still if I could find it I could show a 179 lb to a 152 pound.. 27 pounds lighter!!

Best bet is to get an HRM to track your calories since it goes off of your own statistics and heart rate. how is dance central? I have a 360 and was thinking about getting the Kinect.

Ah ok.. that makes sense and what I was thinking but I wanted to ask anyway. Thanks =) Did Max Interval Circuit for the first time today - 350 cals burned over 43 minutes.. did not get the whole way through but for my first time doing it I think I did damn good. Crazy insane workout but I loved it!

Ate some good food today but did not over eat. Unfortunately I have no idea how many calories I had since I didn't prepare the meal.. but I think I did really well. Didn't even eat sweats or desert. =). I am proud!

I honestly wouldn't use any of the programs, waste of money. I would rather spend the money on awesome workout DVDs or cookbooks to find new recipes to use. I think educating yourself with the right foods to eat and the right exercise to do is more helpful in the long run. I LOVE to cook and every weekend I make my meals…

Shoulders and arms today with ab ripper x.. I like shoulders and arms =) I don't sweat alot during the weight stuff.. I didn't with chest and back either... is that ok? If I don't work out.. I get anxious now.. so yes.. if I can't because of time or like yesterday I had a knee strain, I freaked out cause I thought oh crap.. I can't work out. But I still did.. just did something else that didn't involve my knee. =)

Yoga X or Max Recovery is up for me on Thursday.. depending on how many calories I burn I may also get on the elliptical. I want to try and hit at least a 400 calorie burn that day just to be sure. Thankfully I really only eat turkey mashed potatoes and corn.. some other things I just do not like lol but we will see!

unfortunately I did not get them through the company. My friend gave me his copy. It is ok though... that Plyo cardio circuit is enough insane for me to do instead of the other one lol. Hell some of the chicks in the video looked like they were dying.. and there are really fit!!!

I think I am going to jump on into this! I only cook for myself and fiance.. I do not make special meals for him.. He eats what I cook.. or he gets himself something to eat =). Sometimes he doesnt like the meals but the good thing is I give him a list of meals and he chooses from there. Anyways.. friend me if you like!
