If you make homemade, instead of making it with cream try fat free evaporated milk. I saw a light version of the pre made stuff at the grocery store the other day, but I don't know what it tastes like.

I made scrambled egg cups in a muffin tin with a piece of turkey bacon as the shell this weekend. They were delicious. And were good when reheated.

I definitely count my dog walks as exercise! They love it, I love spending time with them and one day I'll be able to go as fast as they would like me to. It's really great to have exercise buddies who are always ready to go!

I have 50 to lose as well. I have been on MFP for 10 days, I have been logging my food every day and exercising most. I have lost the same 10 pounds over and over and over again. So, I think it's time to get out of my comfort zone and get involved with this community. Feel free to add me.

Thank you @MistressPi! I see you walk quite a bit as well! I'm not always able to do it all at one time, but I have a couple of dogs who get a little crazy if they don't get enough exercise. That helps a lot! :smile:

Tuna, avocado with some lemon juice, lettuce and some flavorful bread like wheat or pumpernickel. Sounds weird, but tastes good. and has healthy fat.
