That's fantastic. It's great that you were able to lose so much weight even while injured -- that can be tough when an injury takes away your usual form of exercise. Congratulations :)

Too much vitamin D can also cause bruising. I'd suggest asking your doctor about it. He/she can likely give you a blood test to check for some common causes of easy bruising.

I use almond milk a lot because real milk makes me gassy :). I think it tastes pretty good. I'd suggest you give it a try and see what you think. You can find it at most grocery stores these days, at least in the area where I live.
