I do that too because often the entries in the data base are listed that way..in cups or oz rather than grams. I always do the measurement in grams on my scale and compare it with the serving sizes listed on the food packaging regardless of how it is listed in the data base.

That's what I do too..I have tons of workout dvds..T25, P90X1-3, ripped in 30, 30 day shred, slim in 6, etc.. I pick a different one each day.. I have the attention span of a flea and tend to get bored really easily so I have to switch things up each day, May not work for everyone but that's what works for me. variety!

My husband and I are cave explorers (hence my nickname..lol) Best workouts I ever get are hiking mountain ridges searching for caves to explore...unfortunately we only get to do that during the warmer months. I have P90X3, T25, Slim In 6, HipHop abs, Rockin Body, Insanity, and Les Mills Combat I like to do a few days of one and then switch to another...whatever I'm in the mood for on any particular day.

I usually do interval workouts of bursts of cardio and strength training with dumbbells or resistance bands.

I try to keep my sodium at about 1800 mg or less due to stage 1 hypertension. I cook most of the meals I eat and gave up fast food because most of the fast food meals are loaded with sodium and it just increases my hunger when I eat foods that are too salty. I can eat a ton of Chinese food and feel hungry again an hour…

Do you like wild rice? They taste chemically to me..I have tried many times to like them but I can barely get them down.. I just make my omelettes with one whole egg and 2 egg whites.
