I love Chinese food. I always get steamed shrimp or chicken with string beans or mixed Chinese vegetables, with brown rice and a lower sodium brown sauce on the side for dipping. (If you ask, they can make their regular brown sauce "lighter" and less sodium) I have that every other week and never get a spike in the scale.

I would only take what I have a deficiency in based on blood work as I hate swallowing pills. My doctor has me on vitamin D and B12 because my blood work showed very low levels.

I definitely feel full on much less food than I used to be able to eat.I think it's because I tend to eat a lot slower now.

I'm boring...had turkey and swiss on 7 grain bread with mustard. Baby carrots on the side.

The warm up is definitely lacking. I do a good 10 minutes of warm up before starting the workout...and an extra 5-10 minutes of cool down/stretching afterwards.

I stay hydrated all day and never have that problem. Be sure to get enough fluids before and after working out.
