  • Thanks to both of you! I just finished Jillian Michael's 90 day Body Revolution, which is why I have those items at home! I liked it but want to do something different now and just can't find the energy for the cardio stuff first thing in the morning. Yoga Meltdown and Bryan Kest's stuff look awesome!
  • Well that sucks that there's no real answer. >>"***Generally*** about 10 pounds on a female = 1 inch at the waist." This can't be right for me. It would mean I'd have to get down to 85 pounds to lose 4 inches off my waist. :-/ Guess I'll just keep on truckin and hope to see results at some point..
