Hi Beth. Feel free to add me for support! My advice is to try being consistent...I've noticed in the 3 yrs. I've been on this site that when I'm consistent w/ my logging and working out at least 5 times a week (even if it's just a 30 min. walk) that's when I can lose weight. Also don't get discouraged...losing weight takes…

You can add me if you would like. After being on here for over 2 years I've found that motivation does come and go...but if you can somehow stay motivated more than not you will keep seeing amazing results. I'm still working toward my goal weight and I'm determined to get there...eventually!

What a cool NSV!!! Congrats!! I bet that felt great!

Whatever you do girl~ DO NOT GIVE UP!!! This place just wouldn't be the same without you! You have been my friend on here since the beginning...2 long years and I'm only down 45 lbs. but I'm still determined to keep at it and kick this extra weight to the curb. I know it can be discouraging and you work so hard at it but…

I don't track sugar...when I did awhile back I just changed the number to something more manageable like 55 or 60 g. There's a lot of sugar in fruit but I figure fruit is way better for you than a candy bar so why worry about the sugar in fruit? I just track carbs, fat, protein, fiber and sodium...and calories of course.

Feel free to add me! I know how you feel...I didn't gain it all back but I have put on almost 20 lbs. of what I had lost. Quitting smoking was my reason for the weight gain...I've been using this site for 2 yrs. now and trying hard to reach my goal weight! We can keep each other motivated to lose.

Awesome accomplishment!! Doesn't hitting onederland feel amazing?!? I remember the feeling when it happened to me. You look WAY skinnier than 199...must be your height. You're looking wonderful. Keep up the awesome job and you will be at your goal in no time!

Very nice!! The change is remarkable!!

I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 135. This would put me at a size 7 and back at my high school weight! 40 lbs. to go!!

Loved this! I haven't stumbled upon any of your rants yet and found this one an interesting read. I have a love/hate relationship w/ Mc Donalds~ I love their food but I hate what it does to my thighs!! Still I end up giving in and getting a quarter pounder and fries at least once a month then I have to work off the…

From a D to a C here....not too bad. I just hope they don't continue to shrink...I have 20 some lbs. to go till I reach my goal weight. But I guess I would rather have small boobs and be healthy rather than big boobs and be overweight!

Awesome NSV!! I'm glad you figured out how to fix your ticker...you should get credit for all your hard work!! Keep it up...you are doing great and looking good girl!!

When I first started on my journey I said I wanted to fit into my old size 12's from 10 yrs. ago. I fit into them once I lost 60 lbs. and so now my new goal is to fit into my old prom dress! I would love to be the size I was in high school....although back then I felt "fat"...a size 7 and 135 lbs. is not at all fat! Can't…

You should really try to eat more or it will eventually slow down your metabolism and you will stop losing. 1,200 is generally the least amt. of calories your body needs a day to function. If you can try to add in some foods like almonds or peanut butter to your day...high in calories and good fats for your body. I wish I…

You've come to the right place! I LOVE this site and can't imagine where I would be if I hadn't found it....I know what you mean about being shocked by the number on the scale. Before I joined this site I hardly ever weighed myself and it didn't take long for the lbs. to pack on! You can definitely do this! You will find…

WOW!!! What an amazing transformation!! You are looking great!

When I got to 60 lbs. lost I rewarded myself w/ highlights and an eyebrow wax. When I get to goal weight my reward will be a new wardrobe!

SW (July 3) 155 CW (July 19) 153 I'm so excited to be down 2 lbs. since the start of this! I keep forgetting to check my measurements...I looked back to where I keep track of them and the last time I measured was 2 months ago so I will have to measure myself tomorrow to see. How is everyone else doing? It does seem…

I'm still around and staying on the right path for my weight loss. I've been logging my food every day and staying under my goal, working out when I can...went on a long walk today in the miserable heat (it was already 88 at 9 in the morning when we went!) Had to clean all afternoon...I've been cleaning like crazy all week…

I hope that's not the case for you! But if you find that you do stall at a weight just don't give up b/c if you keep at it the weight will eventually start dropping off again. My last plateau I had was last summer and it lasted almost 2 months but I just kept at it, working out, eating right and it was hard to work so hard…
