I started to swap the cream with milk first, then cut sugar to half, then cut the other half of sugar. Still can't drink it black but I'm so used to the unsweetened coffee and tea now. Change gradually and you will get used to it.

Think this way, you can change your weight but your height is permanent. I'd rather be tall and heavy, and lose some weight and be a model.

Read a few pages and nobody has mentioned cinnamon yet.. Maybe it's not real food but I still can't find a way to make it good myself.
