I would also have to say ribeye. (also crusty bits and rare) but I've been enjoying it with a smear of really good blue cheese or pan gravy that I make with cream and stock. Yum!

No (but the world would be a happier place if it was. lol)

Great job! Debbie

This! There is nothing you can't do. You might need to modify the activity. ie. instead of jumping during kick boxing I just step.

I'm planning on working out at least 3 days per week and would love to lose 8-10 lbs. Debbie

yum!

I didn't need to use one but I've learned to never say never. As a parent, you will do anything to keep your kid safe. A "harness" is the only way some parents do it.

I "try" to stay below 20 grams but will go as high as 50. I do not deduct for fiber. I am very low carb and it is working great for me. Feel free to friend me and/or look at my diary. Debbie

A lot! The only true way to know how much it absorbs is to measure the oil before frying then measure it after frying. Have you considered oven frying it? Bread it the same way, spritz it with an oil spray, and bake until crispy. You will save a ton of fat and calories.

Well, that's about 23 weeks away so I would LOVE to be down another 40 lbs by then.

Drive to a safer location to go for a walk. Only weigh yourself once per week. I do mine on Tuesday mornings. Don't allow the scale to dictate your feelings Be patient And most of all remember, this is a marathon not a sprint. If you make life long changes this weight will not only come off but stay off as well.

I'm not getting them at night but am sweating a lot more in general.

I take potassium to avoid the leg cramps that I've been getting since going low carb. They are not your typical charlie horses. They were horrible!!!!!

I also have fibromyalgia. Last year, I worked out 5-6 days per week for 1-3 hours per day and felt great. This year, if I do anything more then a brisk walk a few times a week I'm lucky. I just can't do it anymore. I'm exhausted and in terrible pain. About 7 weeks ago I went very low carb. I've found it to be helpful for…

IMO.... In order to eat back calories, you need to get your heart rate way up. Walking at work couldn't possibly do that unless you were carrying the patients on your back. Is your MFP set to high activity job? As long as it is, they should have set your calories to match your daily expenditure.

You can do it! So what if you are out of breath. Modify it to work for you. If you can't jump just step. (but don't move onto level 2 until you can do it w/o modifying) Even if it takes weeks of the first level, don't give up. When I started it, sweat was pouring off me onto the floor. I was cursing and practically crying…

I try to keep my carbs under 20 but will go up as high as 50. I get terrible legs cramps if I don't take potassium.

I broke my plateau by increasing my calories. Looking at your diary, try increasing your calories to meet your goal. After doing that for at least a few weeks, you can then call it a plateau.

It's hard to figure out but trust me..... Do it! It may take a bit for your body to adjust but I'm sure it's wanting more calories.
-
After looking a bit at your diary, i would say you should increasse your calories. I know it's hard to do sometimes but I think after a few weeks, it will start the losing process again. Debbie

Thank you for sharing this. I think a lot of people go through this but don't know how to communicate it. I "think" what you're feeling is very normal. It's like part of us dies and we need to mourne the loss but move on. it's a strange analagy but it's sort of like someone with long hair, cutting it off. I think you will…
