mixing mayo and dressing with Sour Cream.....
I like my salads on the wet side. I've been mixing salad dressing with sour cream and it is wonderful. (2 tbsp blue cheese dressing and 2 tbsp sour cream) Today, I made chicken salad with light mayo and sour cream. it was extra creamy and delicious.

I've only had it twice in my life but figured I could make it yummy. Well, it was so good and 4 oz is only a bit over 100 calories and 1 carb. cut into medalions salt and pepper Pan sauteed in a little butter and evoo for about 4 minutes per side splash rum (I was out of white wine) squeeze of lemon Enjoy!

been doing very low carb but thinking......
about trying 17 day to break up my routine. I have been vlc for 11 weeks. Never going higher then 50 per day but usually more like 20. I'm concerned that I will gain weight due to the increase in carbs. I just punched in a sample day of 17dd and my carbs will be about 100. Anyone else go from very low carb to 17DD? Debbie

Help! I'm starting to feel hungry......
The first 5 weeks of very low carb, I was seldom hungry. I had to force myself to eat my daily calories. Week 6, I want to eat all the time. I can't figure out why and it's making me super annoyed. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on why this is happening? Thanks, Debbie

I'm going to bring in more veggies this week.....
It's been 4 weeks since going very low carb. I've lost 8.5 lbs in that time. Not too bad. I'm going to bring in more veggies and a little fruit this week and see how I feel. I will still keep refined cards, sugars, and white flour out. Planning for another month. Debbie

I've alloted for 2 beers tonight. I'm having the oh poor me, I can't drink or eat munchies like a normal person going out on a Friday night. PSA.... Spiru-tein protein powder....
They are so yummy. My favorite flavor so far is the chocolate crunch. 14 grams of protein with only 110 calories. My friend swears by spirulina so I figured I would give it a try.

I have a problem.....
I work out hard 6 days a week. Usually twice two days per week. I do kickboxing, weight class, spin, weight training..... Here's the problem (don't laugh)..... I can't do 1 normal sit up!!!!! What is wrong with me. I can run, jump, and fly but can't do 1 sit up????????? I'm actually laughing about it on the outside but…
