It's been 4 weeks since going very low carb. I've lost 8.5 lbs in that time. Not too bad.
I'm going to bring in more veggies and a little fruit this week and see how I feel.
I will still keep refined cards, sugars, and white flour out.
Planning for another month.

    Just don't overdo it on the fruit.
    I often put some mango in my yogurt. Before LC it would be a whole mango. Now, when I do that it is 1/4 of one. I dice it up, store in the fridge and consume over several days.

    My favorite fruit is to freeze blueberries and raspberries. Then I can add some to yogurt or Hood chocolate calorie countdown (formerly Carb countdown) and stir until I have a nice frozen treat.
