finaly! A yummy shirataki recipe - Buff chicken noodles

I've tried these "noodles" several times and gag everytime.
Well, here goes.


package of yam noodles, rinse very well with cold water. About 3-5 minutes
put in pan and cook on high for a few minutes
1.5 oz cream cheese
can of chunk white chicken
1/8 cup of hot sauce (or more if you like)
1/4 cup parm cheese
1 tbsp butter
cook in pan for about 10 minutes

Eat and enjoy!!!!!!!
I'm stuffed and my husband loved it too!
