I weigh myself once a week, however I am more concerned with my measurements and how my clothes fit. If the scale reads the same for two weeks but my measurements say I lost an inch then that's progress!

I frequently use avocado or fat free cottage cheese or frozen mango as a banana sub in my morning smoothies. Like others mentioned, the avocado works well for me.
