Ideas about why I am not losing weight?
I am 5'6, 230lbs, 35yrs old. I have been meticulous for the last 45 days about logging everything I eat. I weigh solids and measure liquids. (I even log my vitamins) I ride my bike 4.5-5 miles 5 days a week (logged through MapMyFitness) and do cardio exercises (T25 videos) 3-5 days a week. My calorie goal is 1100 a day,…

1200-1300 cals a day, looking for friends, inspiration, and recipes

Too much protein?
So lately I have been struggling to meet 1200 cals a day (just haven't been hungry, not finishing meals, etc). To meet this I have been drinking an extra protein shake which puts me close to 100g protein. I drink plenty of water and take a daily multi-vit and calcium. So, is this too much protein?
