That's easy- put down the scale- get a measuring tape. Your body is changing- there are other methods of keeping track than a scale. Keep on moving. I also don't go around telling people "boo hoo I am fat poor me" so that they feel obligated to make me feel better. That's why I think people try to be nice about it. I like the response that someone said about asking them if they feel healthy. You can be thin and unhealthy too.

If I do join, I am not abstaining from sugar. I will be abstaining from binging. I know that some people think you have to abstain from sugar. I do not want anyone to tell me how to eat- so that may be a source of difficulty for me if I go to a meeting where people are judgmental.

Why do use the word CHEAT? I know it's just semantics but if a thin person eats junk, it can be just as bad for them but no one says they are cheating.

Please get out of the diet mentality- run from it- using the word DIETING and saying you will TONE after you lose weight are all ideas out of the 70's.

Check out women trainers from Beachbody like Chalene Johnson- she's anything but BULKY and she lifts weights. Hello, what's the difference between cardio and aerobics? Turbo Jam is not all jumpy and nutty! LOL I think it's great and it's my fav work out. Les Mills is my favorite strength training! Love it!
