Turbo Fire- Not Losing Weight, Help!

Hi everyone, first post!
I have been doing Turbo Fire for just about three weeks now and haven't really lost any weight. I follow the schedule religiously and I eat healthy every single day with the exception of one cheat meal a week (which I have after my weigh-in). I've lost about 2lbs, max. I am a pretty small person which not much to lose in the first place, but I'm wondering whether or not this is normal. I do notice differences in my body--clothes fitting differently, etc. I must also say that I didn't have much muscle strength to begin with and have noticed considerable firmness throughout my body. But is muscle growth really going to account for the lack of weight loss? I'm happy with how I'm looking, but when I look at the scale I'm starting to think that maybe I'm delusional and I'm not really losing any weight at all. It's so disappointing because I truly work out very diligently, giving it my all, and my diet is strictly regimented.
Help :-(

That's easy- put down the scale- get a measuring tape. Your body is changing- there are other methods of keeping track than a scale. Keep on moving. I love Turbo Fire too and am doing a Turbo Fire/Les mills hybrid-
Oh and don't use the word CHEAT meal-
If a thin person eats what they want, no one calls them a cheater- I prefer using the word free meal instead of cheat. You aren't cheating if you eat more than you usually do. The word cheat gives people the opportunity to feel guilt.
Don't give up due to a scale!0 -
Thanks for your reply! I really am trying to maintain the rationale that I know that I have. I've had several NSVs but somehow I can't stop fixating on the number. I know it's natural and all that, but I wish i would stop obsessing and instead embrace the fact that I've made a life change and I'm seeing results. Sigh!0
