sirachi!!!!! or balsamic vinegar... and i know this sounds gross.. but it is sooo good... ketchup,diced onion and worcestershire sauce and mix with tuna , place a tablespoon on a pice of bread(of your choosing)and sprinkle a little bit of fat free cheddar on and broil... delicious!!!!!:smile:

i think this is very wise advice... i dont know your hubby's ways of feeling "insecure or jealous" but maybe its not that he is worried about other guys maybe its more he feels neglected that you are consumed with the dieting and exercise and he isnt your top priority... my hubby has joined me on the weight loss journey...…
