For me, I find that having a goal to lose weight is not always a good idea, it's hard to see any real progress all the time. Have you thought about setting a different goal? maybe a 5 - 10k Run? will give you something to aim, train and diet for and the weight will come off along the way.... Enjoy the process and the…
