Spicy chorizo, lentil and chickpea soup. Fry chorizo and onion add lots of stock then add chickpeas, lentils and any veg that you like. Cook lentils for about 20-30mins minimum. No blender needed.

Not sure about spinach, if I did add it it would be just before serving and I wouldn't leave it in the batch cook. I love turnip/swede, mushrooms, carrot, peas and cabbage. I usually add the lot. Haha

I did this with a different type of biscuit called Bourbons. I don't know if you get them in the US, but they come in much bigger packets than Oreo's. In fact any kind of biscuit I would finish the whole pack in a single sitting, I have now cut biscuits all together as I can't just have one.
