  • Yeah, lose weight for your holiday, screw up your metabolism, put much more weight on over the rest of the year, repair your metabolism with great effort over the next two years, work much harder to return to your current weight.
  • The artificial sweeteners they use are toxic. Some are known carcinogens. The formulation differs country to country, so try googling the ingredients.
  • There's nothing wrong with full fat. In fact, low fat products are often the more unhealthy alternative. As has been stated, caloric deficit is all that is needed, nothing too drastic otherwise you'll mess with your metabolic rate, and coupled with exercise to minimise muscle loss.
