If you are watching cals then stay under your cals, if you are watching carbs then set those accordingly, I watch carbs, so my carbs, sugar, fiber and sodium are all I watch. Just really depends on what you are doing with regard to "your" weight loss.

I think it is official, my hubby and I have overgrowth of Yeast going on. Atkins mentions it in his books. And it seems we are both experiencing different symptoms. Hey all! so my complaint yesterday was over in carbs.....and now I am noticing that I am under on cals....1000 cals a day.......hmmmm I have 1 carb left for the day, so now what to do......all cheesed out.....all egged out for the day........so....suggestions? Thanks

Sounds Low Carb to me.....add some cheese and yup....Low carb. I eat low carb, its cheap, good and well you will lose weight....

Yep this is actually what my doctor told me this week. I personally have some injury's that are weight related that are preventing me from working out....so he says get the weight down and then exercise....so yeah.....80/20....Nice :P

But I logged a day of fishing.....I stood in that fast water for 6 hours 1 day........I didn't do it for fitness I did it for food/sport.......but it was over 1400 cals burned.....just curious what the cal burn is.
