Thoughts on eating intuitively 4 cut rather then tracking..
I am day 6 on my cut and only have truely hit cut amount 2 days of those, other days I am eating at TDEE. One thing I notice is that I log in all my meals for the day for cut and then at 10pm, I get a hankerin for a bowl of popcorn or ice cream or a candy bar and blam back to TDEE. Need a reminder - Do I have to change TDEE with loss or gain
I cannot remember this. When I started 14 weeks ago I was 236lbs. I started my reset based on that TDEE, now I am 255lbs.....do I do my cut based on 236 or 255? I think Anita said keep it based on my 236.....right? I start cut tomorrow!!

Feeling Carbed OUT!

I am curious. I was planning on 6 weeks re-set and think I will go full 8 weeks or 12. Not in any hurry to rush my body anymore. But I am curious. How do you know the reset is done? When do you cut? If you are still gaining weight do you keep eating TDEE until you stop ???? When do you know? This confuses me....

Gained weight on vacation during reset
Went on vacation for 6 days, ate badly, stayed at a friend's, she is on she was on a yoyo diet andeats nothing. I ate crap.....I gained 5 lbs...on top of the I gained last week. The only thing I changed was my macros...frustrated, gonna get back in the swing tomorrow...... :)
