How many carbs do you think are in a NO CRUST Pizza hut piece of pizza.....we had them make it lite sauce Cheese, mushroom, pepperoni extra cooked so we could roll it off the crust.........ideas????

I lost 80 lbs when I was 26 years old and i did not have saggy skin.....amazing what young elastin and collegen does for that. I too am a 42F (42 DDD +1) I wear a smaller size so that it is really tight.one that I have to PUSH the girls into....and then another sports bra that fits........and then a tank with built in bra....(not the cup one, but the tube type). Then a regular tank.......smush em down Hard....so they cannot move at all..... Good…

Lost another pound! And this is actually above 20 grams....seems I lose when I go up....not at 20 grams or less. I am officially averaging about 2lbs a week now.......this is a steady happy for me! Hope you are all doing great!

This is not always true.....some people lose fast in the beginning....I lost 10lbs in 1 week. Doctor said all was fine as long as I had the fat surpluses to shed.....so this is not always true

JUST EAT. Just because it is past 12am does not mean that you cannot have something. Be smart, don't go get cake or a cheesburger, but eat. Don't make this change in your life a painful thing...... I eat low carb.......now that I do, I am rarely hungry and when I am I just eat.....if you notice my diary, I am often under or at cals and I am still losing........I tried the low cal low fat way most people here eat and I found the same troubles you are talking about......just takes getting used to eating this way.. Good…
