  • I agree with 12by311.....look into the calories for what you may want to eat and do that. Just because you got a gift certificate does not mean YOU have to fill your plate 4 times. You have to eat throughout the day, so do that, workout. Get a good workout in and add to your regular cals for the day with your excerices…

He put me on Phentremine and told me to eat no more then 800 cals a day....he said eat healthy choice meals.....that was that.......I followed my doctors diet and lost 60 pounds......but gained 100 back............................ so there ya go......
