This is my Hubby's favorite, just be sure to drain your meats real well and dry your mushrooms real good or they get too soggy and hard to eat...or messy I should say :oP. They are yummy and filling :)

Lost 10lbs my first week.....5 lbs the remainder of that month....so 15 lbs for the month, then stood still for a month and dropped an additional 4 lbs.....I have been off my Low Carb diet and still have not gained it back....getting back to eating low carb and hoping to drop again :)

I am eating low carb. Don't watch my calories at all. Just my carbs. Re-starting Atkins Induction this week. Xmas and t-dau got me screwed up. Lost 19lbs from Aug 15 to Oct 31. Can't wait to get going. Good luck everyone !!!!

1st....wear cotton, don't let the skin rub on skin. I wear like leggings, that helps. 2nd.....powder. It will get better when the weight comes off.....this is just 1 of the things I cannot wait to get rid of myself :blushing:

I say switch things around....exercise is great, but they say 80% of weigh loss is what you put in your body 20% exercise. Get off the junk food, drink tons of water. Yup what RMX said :) My hubby does this through me....he doesn't need to lose, but he tracks right along side (adds an extra helping for himself) he eats real healthy and we shop together.......Love having the hubby with me....even here :bigsmile:
