Hi! I'll be 25 this month and wouldn't mind being friends. I only have 4 friends on MFP but they have stopped using MFP so all I see on my feed are my updates. Anyone is welcomed to add me as a friend if they'd like to :)

I'm '5"8 and my goal is to reach 170. I was that in High School so I know I will be comfortable with that weight. If I lose more that's great but right now 170 is my goal. I'm 210 / 208 depending on what scale I use so I have about 40 lbs to go. I'm not in a rush which really helps me

Have you kept track of your measurements along with your weight? When I hit my rut a few weeks back, it helped to keep me motivated by seeing that I was losing inches as well. I had to revamp my exercise routine to start losing weight again. I went to Zumba and added a Spin class here and there.
