Listen to your body! I try to eat when I'm hungry, and think of food as fuel. If you have one bad day, screw it! Plus, you shouldn't have to feel deprived or restricted. You can still eat the foods you love in moderation. I love wine and chocolate! But I don't eat it and drink every day. I'll pick a day of out of the week…
