Hey all! I'm Sam, 23, and looking to lose about 50lbs. Just started yesterday! I'm definitely motivated but it's only day one and I know the hardest thing for me will be fighting the cravings! I'm doing ChaLean Extreme with some added cardio (Zumba, Body Combat etc.).. Feel free to add me :-)
