I have a white noise machine to sleep with. It really helps me. My sleep is so much better one week AF. I woke up on my own at 5 am and was wide awake. I joined the 30 day challenge. so far I find it very helpful. My son is 17 going to prom and I have been not happy about the after parties. He admitted there will be alcohol there but says he wont drink. I feel like such a hypocrite telling him he can't drink. I need to get my drinking under control to be a better example.

This is so hard in the beginning. I was so tired yesterday as I had slept badly the night before. I wanted some wine to make it better. I was really bad in February and start of March. I was struggling with back pain and stress. March 18th I decided to give up booze for a while. So far I have not had a drink. breakfast for me is usually scrambled eggs I will put salsa on it. I spray the pan with pam, 3 egg whites and one egg and salsa is under 200 calories. Are you using the mfp macros or custom ones. I think mfp is too low on protein. If you are under calories you will lose weight. If you are way under on calories add healthy fats like avocado or olive oil.

I am in. I drank one beer NYE. I was sick so not such a victory. I need to cut back. I am only going to drink in social situations and then in moderation. It has gotten too easy to have a glass of wine as work is too stressful, kids etc.
