I love this thread. I am 8 days now. My runs are improving. I am feeling happier. I worked out every day this week. Ruby red i totaaly get the need to finish off others wine. I hate wasted alcohol.

Joining again. I did two months sober in May and June of last year. Was doing well until the holidays. One day where I ran gave me 1958 steps per mile. Other day lots of walking 2066 steps per mile. I am 5'9"

@ErynVee I have done the same (forgetting to hit post). Great work on being AF. Amazing how the weight comes off when we do not drink those empty calories @imfitasacello This thread is so supportive. I felt the same on posting for a while. It gets easier to post.

You need to increase your calories. 121 at 5'7" is light and your body weight is low. You are still losing so your maintenance is higher than you are eating.

Lol I can relate to this. When I am out when others are drinking I go back and forth on being happy I am not drinking and sad. I wish I thought less about it. I do think I am getting there.
