Hormone replacement
Anyone on hormone replacement that is not super expensive? My dr just switched me off BCP and to a patch and it was $175 a month. I told the pharmacy I would wait as I have one more month of the BCP. I have called the Dr’s nurse but looking for ideas.

Has anyone gotten the Fit3D scans before. Did you find the information helpful? A local gym is having a challenge that includes 6 scans over 3 months and it is only $40 to enter.
