Hormone replacement

Anyone on hormone replacement that is not super expensive? My dr just switched me off BCP and to a patch and it was $175 a month. I told the pharmacy I would wait as I have one more month of the BCP. I have called the Dr’s nurse but looking for ideas.

    Ouch!
    I'm on prometrium (bio-identicalprogesterone pill $10) and divigel (bio-identical estrogen gel $35).
    BCBS is our insurance.

    I'm with you. Oxford Freedom plan here. Patches are $145 and some sort of pill thing $95. I didn't get either of them.

    I heard that for men transitioning, their hormones are covered, but not for menopause
