Carbs are good for you. You need them for everyday function. Cut them out and get ready for mood swings.

Doesn't sound like exercise induced asthma. If it were it'd affect you pretty fast and with any kind of exercise. I have to take mine 20 minutes before I do anything or I will be wheezing terrible and look like a cherry. Maybe there are different levels of it but that's what mines like.

I workout at 3:30 am and I never eat before. And I feel just fine. And I have had better results doing this than eating before as eating before makes me feel sick.

Main reason was vanity. But ultimately I had/still suffer with an unhealthy relationship towards food and my body. Working out and seeing the changes in my body inspires me to the max. Sure I have my wedding coming up and want to to look incredible for it. But I started for me. I wanted to learn to be healthier and to have…

I don't drop the bar. I hate it too. Some guys do it, some girls do it. If there is a benefit of doing one over the other, I don't know. Each exercise has it's own benefits. Each movement can be bad for you if you don't have good form.

internet is old school? But on the legit side of it all. I know you said you can't afford it but a coach is the best way to get the results you want. 24 weeks is gonna be tough to lose a good amount of weight to be a stage ready body fat, if what in my head I imagine you as. Keep doing research and go at it, but doing this…

I went from a full 34B to a 34A and I've only lost 10 pounds, yet I didn't have a lot to lose though. My boobs were honestly the first thing to go, and there shape now sucks.

Ultimately it's your diet. Can't lose without being on a deficit and can't gain without a surplus. Be honest about your food: Weigh everything and log everything.
-
Throw out the steady cardio and continue with circuits and HIIT, try higher resistance and hills as well. Gaining muscle is hard and you will gain fat as well, it's normal and supposed to happen. If you really want to stay lean though try and do a super slow bulk, for instance a year or more. I know some people who have…

Once again.. weights! Also instead of steady cardio try HIIT

You need too see a nutritionists, I'm not just saying that. When recovering your body you are also expanding your stomach. Your stomach shrinks with minimal food and you have too slowly introduce food. For instance the holocaust. A majority of people who survived the camps died after because they consumed to much food at a…

I didn't even think about the water weight leaving. It does seem a lot more sensible to weigh after.

I can relate so much to all of these post! haha great thread :) My number one problem is being broke and not fitting in your clothes anymore haha
