Thanks, Smile. Yes, I'm building muscle, lifting 10 lb. dumbells in 7 different exercises. I am going out to buy 15 lb. dumbbells today! For variety, I dance West Coast Swing. I love how I can go out to socialize and still workout a little! Today I'm mowing the grass. in the morning and dancing in the evening!

Thanks for your post! I plateaued at 28 lb. and am SO frustrated! Realized I'm now gaining a little, so I'm back to counting and counting! What is the calorie cycling thing you're talking about?
