I'm on 1600 and have an open diary too.

I used to estimate the amount of oil I used but it recently occurred to me that if I weighed the bottle of oil prior to pouring some in my frying pan and then reweighing afterward, it would give me the number of grams of oil that had been used.

I love doing this, love getting new ideas and just having a general nose around.

As an American now living in the UK, I am still waiting to find something from Trader Joes in Aldi - it has yet to happen in three years! Would especially love to find a big bag of blue corn tortilla chips, mmm.

100g of chicken? Or plain Greek yogurt with hemp seeds/berries?

That is good to hear, thank you.

I definitely enjoyed this, thanks for posting - only a few hours left now to watch.

I prefer the taste/texture of the Fage 0% to the Fage 2%.

I don't care for fish either... I would just sub chicken breast?

Thanks for the info, everyone... I gave in and salted it haha. Any idea if it will absorb all of the salt? I plan to rinse it off before cooking, but will a lot of it stay in the flesh?
