What don't you log?

herbs or spices, gum, medications or supplements. If I ever stall I'll reevaluate, but its not many calories so I don't see the point.0

The only things not logged are spices, and natural foods with zero value. Anything with zero value, but which is processed is logged to allow for the sodium content etc.0

Water and zero calorie sweetener tablets I put in my coffee and tea. Oh and I also don't log tea sometimes when I drink it without milk.0

I don't log my gummy vitamins which are 15 calories, sugarless gum and diet soda (but I don't consume either every single day).0

Out of control eating days.

Vitamins.
This. I don't log supplements. Everything else, including water, is logged. Even calorie free things have salt in them. If I'm retaining water, I can look back a day or two and know exactly why.0 -
black coffee/espresso, tea/herbal tea without any milk or sugar added, lemon/lime juice added to water, spices.0
