  • Yes, I hear you ketpatt. Yesterday I did a BFBM video after and today I may do the JM kickboxing. Its only 25 mins and really challenging. Also using my treadmill. There are also some really great cardio videos on Fitness Blender that are short and sweet!
  • Im totally relying on my fitbit for the JMBr workouts because it is more accurate. Ive done the 30 day shred etc, and was logging way too many calories burned.
  • Starting weight is 150lbs. Waist is 32 in. and bust is 36 in. Goal is to lose 11 lbs but inches would be better. In size 10 now and would like to see 6 or 8!!
  • Yes, Im wearing my fitbit during the JMBR workouts. It logs as 85 calories for the phase 1 workout and 175 for the cardio 1. Hope this helps...I went on the treadmill until I was able to reach 350 calories burned total for my workout. Im currently on day 3 and really enjoying it.

  • Awesome workout!! I'm on my second go around with it. Lost 6 inches and 5 pounds. It gets progressively tougher but you will see your stamina/endurance improve every day. Congratulations and good luck :0)

If you have a Running Room near you, take an old pair of running shoes in with you and they will fit you properly in the correct shoe. I used to have the same problem…

  • I recently finished the 30 DS and now am on to RI30. When I'm feeling motivated, I do her Kickbox Cardio video as well. Its 25 mins long and a great way to get a cardio workout in a few days per week. I also want to recommend the NMTZ on youtube as well. If you are feeling up for the challenge.
  • I finished Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and now I'm onto Ripped in 30. But I think what you may want to do is No More Trouble Zones. It's 50 minutes of working these trouble areas and very effective. I do it 2x a week along with my other routine. Good Luck!!
