Hello! I started again on Monday as well, however I started at week 5. This is my second time through. I did not lose any weight on the Revolution but I did eat my own food and counted my calories. I would love to be your buddy throughout the next few months.

We are a lot alike. I did not lose an ounce doing BR. I do feel great and I'm DEFINATELY a lot stronger but my scale didn't budge. I think it must be what I'm eating. I was around 12-1500 cals per day but I have to cut back on sugar and balance my macros better which becomes obsessive for me and then I throw the towel in.…

I just read everyones posts and wanted to put in my 2 cents... Im currently on week 10 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. It is extremely challenging and I have lost 15 inches all over. Not much lbs. but that's my own fault...teehee. Anyways for a small investment it is a great DVD set to add to your library.

Hi I just joined this group today to see if anyone was going to acknowledge this! I work out every day heavy weights, etc. it says that I burned 80 calories. So....the reality is that it is a very expensive step tracker. Only counts the steps and not a heart rate monitor. I also wore it during a spin class where I burned…

I didn't feel like my form was good because my wrists were so sore. I felt like I was compromising my form on the day one and three workouts. I liked the other one tho. My hamstrings were always sore and I felt a lot more challenged. Although I didn't lose any weight or inches. I'm going to start week nine tomorrow.…

yes on mine there is a start/stop button that tracks your activity. after im done I can sync my fitbit to the app on my phone.

Gosh I don't know what you mean but are u starting your fitbit when u do your workout?

I wear one during my workout it shows between 75-90 cal. the cardio workouts are around 175. I think that it should be more, the fitbit only counts calories per steps or miles. It doesn't measure your heart rate.
