Who is still here? How do you feel?

I was wondering who is still doing Body Revolution regular posters? Lurkers? Who is still here? How is everyone feeling?
I feel strong. Moving into phase 2 on Monday. However, just today all my joints are popping when I go from laying or sitting to standing. My body sounds like it is 112 years old!

feeling strong! my hips and knees were horrible at the end of week 3, so i decided to take it easy with them for weeks 4 and 5 by modifying some of the cardio and high intensity moves. I still get my sweat on though! jillian definitely kicks our butts with these vids - quite literally - my butt is super firm. Its the end of week 5 for me and I'm just happy that I'm still going, really happy with the results I'm seeing, and what others are noticing (loving the compliments). i posted my phase 1 results in the "results" discussion started by miriam.0

I'm still going - feeling stronger every day but still not feeling strong, if you know what I mean. I'm hoping that by the end of Phase 2, I will be able to incorporate exercise into my day without it totally wiping out all my energy reserves for the rest of the day if I work out at night. I have been either a little stiff or very stiff and sore every day since starting, but things seem to be getting better as I push through repeating the videos. I'm sure things will continue much like that each level.0

Same here! I feel stronger, just like you all say you feel. I am enjoying the workouts and now that I have increased the weight (slightly, compared to the first time I did it), they are more challenging. I am also sore every day, but I love it!
Because I could not exercise for 3 days this week I have decided to do week 4 all over again, mainly to be sure I am strong enough to move on to phase 2.0 -
I agree, I feel stronger and I can totally tell the changes in my body. The scale has barely moved but I feel great and very proud of all of us!! On to week 4 tomorrow0

Yeah for everyone feeling and noting progress! Isn't the motto something like "It takes 30 days to develop a habit?" We're there!0

I admit that I've been lurking here but have been inspired by many posts - great work everyone! Finished phase one yesterday and the scale has barely moved though clothes are looser. I have more energy overall and feel really good. Just got a body fat caliper to see how my composition is changing. Now bring on phase two!0

I'm feeling real sore this week (Beginning of week 6 for me). Workouts 5 and 6 are working muscles in my legs that must never have been worked out before. It's strange because when I do the exercises I don't think they are particularly harder than the others she has us do but I really feel it on Tuesdays and Fridays. Last Friday I could barely walk.0

Yikes - I was thinking today that workout 5 wasn't so bad, but maybe it will get me later!0

Starting Phase 2 tonight... I feel so strong and am noticing changes in my body. I am getting a ton of compliments from people I don't see often; it feels great!0

Bump!
Who is still listening to Jillian threaten to come through their tv screen if they don't keep up?
I finished week 10 day 1 this morning in a hotel room while my 10 month old crawled under over and around me. Not my most focused work out0 -
WAy to push thru!
I'm here. :-)
Just did 4 miles on treadmill in lieu of cardio 3. (Which I hate)0 -
Starting week 11 today. Admit I'm a bit scared of these last two workouts! I've found that the dreaded cardio workouts have made a huge difference in my running. Must be all that jumping! I've changed my body composition but am most proud of myself for being consistent in working out.0

I am still here! I have started week 8 - also in a hotel but without distractions. It was the first time I could see myself in a mirror while working out and I really love how my body composition has changed with these workouts! :-D
And I still love pushups!0
