Well I had to do this video and the cardio 3 video today in order to catch up. I have 2 words to describe this workout... Absolutely insane!

Really tough. Hamstrings on fire!

Done. Still had a lot of trouble with the balancing. May go to a kickboxing class tm for the cardio.

Tough but doable. More planks and sore wrists.

Done with extra 2 miles on treadmill

Week 10 day 1
Ran 3 miles for my cardio yesterday. Done level 9 today! One more to go! Then things will taper off for the next week or so during march break. (Canada)

Took a few days off to relax my muscles and had a very busy weekend with the kiddies. Glad to be back and starting again on this beautiful monday morning!!

How is your eating plan going?
I've tried to stick to around 12 - 1400 cals per day. ALWAYS cheating on the weekend though! Anyone else on an eating plan? (didn't want to say the D WORD)

Life Getting In The Way
Life keeps getting in the way so I have taken around 9 days to complete the first week. Anyone else finding it hard to keep on track.... After the weekend with the kids, sleepovers, husband around, I find it hard to get it done.
