How is your eating plan going?

I've tried to stick to around 12 - 1400 cals per day. ALWAYS cheating on the weekend though!
Anyone else on an eating plan? (didn't want to say the D WORD)

I am on the same plan as you are! My goal is 1200-1300 every day It's been going pretty well, I have been getting fuller from smaller amounts and am craving less junk!0

Well my calories are set at 1800 so it is going ok. The sleep deprivation is getting brutal due to several reasons which messes with my eating more than anything. However, life should be straightening out & I should be able to get a better handle of the eating!0

I'm not following JMBR's meal plan but am netting ~1200 cal/day after exercise. Have adjusted my palate to actually enjoy plain yogurt with berries, unsweetened coffee/tea, etc. I didn't lose much weight on JMBR until I bumped my calories up a bit and supplemented with a B-50 daily.0

I'm trying to eat my MFP 1270 + half exercise calories each day during the week but eat all of them back on weekends. I had been fasting twice a week but found difficult to maintain enough energy even on non fasting days so went to one day a week last week.0

I am trying to eat at a small deficit because I will be away, visiting my parents and the in-laws the next 2 weeks, so I know I won't be able to exercise and the meal plan then will be - eat all the amazing food! It will make things easier when things return to normal.0
