Yeah that cup measurement is a PITA. Still looking for a decent site that will allow easy and quick conversion of different item cup measurements into grams. I haven't had a chance to spend much time on this site yet but from initial glance it looked good.

Yes indeed - MFP really opens our eyes on what we're really consuming and the effect it's having. I've not had much success until I really started using MFP. Good work - keep it going.

This is true! When I first used MFP when it came out the lack of Indian food put me off. Having come back to it again last November with so many more foods in the database it's much better but the accuracy can be way off I find sometimes and I agree trying to work it out can be challenging.
