I haven't done Insanity but I have done T25. Since I expect that time will be an issue for you with the little ones I'd recommend starting with T25 as you get great results in just 25 minutes a day. My wife and I both did this programme a couple of times and found it to be really effective and being able to do it at home…

I take both a multivitam and fish oil. The fish oil is for the Omega3 and the multivitamin to top up any vitamins I may not have got through the foods. Taking both is recommended since they serve different purposes so no problem having them on the same day.

What an inspirational story and a fantastic transformation! Congratulations and best of luck with your 2014 goals.

Yes Apple Pie is my new favourite...especially warmed up.

Welcome damonfan!

Try adding some raisins and cinnamon powder. Also if you have it with Apple slices this also is nice.

Total Body kicks my butt every time but I am even more determined to Nail It as a result...getting closer each time. Those floor moves are the worst. I have to do another one of these tomorrow as part of my Week 3 Doubles Day (along with Ab Intervals). When I did Total Body earlier in the week I was so exhausted that even…

I do like Speed 1.0...at the moment it has to be my favourite workout in Alpha.

I spotted the same thing so glad you asked. I'm sticking to Unsweetened Almond Milk :-) However I am switching from flavoured Oatmeal to plain Oatmeal.

We're here just maybe not in the same numbers as our American friends :-)

Yes I've just switched to 5 meals per day in preparation for T25 and trying to schedule 450 calories per main meal and 150 calories per snack. I'll take a closer look at the macro balance to ensure its right. @Guamybear - good to hear this.

Wow that's pretty intense! Yes I will see how it goes and listen to my body. My biggest concern is to ensure I have enough energy since I'm up at 5am to do my workouts and so that I don't start losing lean mass instead of fat. Thanks

Hello. I am just about to receice my T25 DVDs and if I had got them in time I would have started today. I will now start next Monday so as not to be too far out from the rest of this group (can't hold out until Nov 1st). Here are my answers: 1. Chet, 43 years old from London, UK 2. Although I am about 6 llbs away from my…

Yes I've done a few Beachbody programmes - 10 minute trainer, Les Mills Combat, Les Mills Pump and about to start Focus T25.

Welcome to you all. Nice to see more new faces.

Haven't got any experience per se and technically you shouldn't have to get your passport changed since it's still valid. However, this is India you are travelling to and Immigration can be painful at the best of times without you having to convince someone that it really is you in the picture on your passport. I had an…

Welcome Dipayan and Mou.

Hello Priya. Sounds like you're doing well. I too have a sweet tooth and have found replacing sugary things with alternative naturally sweet things works well like fruit. Welcome.

Welcome madusm. You're going about it the sensible way. Don't let the plateau put you off - it means something needs to change to get your body to lose again. This could be calorie intake (either increase or decrease), change your exercise routine, drink more water etc. Also, you'll see here on MFP that people will define…

Welcome Sanya. Yeah stress is pretty bad for weight and I've had the same issues in the past which probably resulted in the weight gain I had experienced. Glad to hear you're free from that. Good luck and well done for already seeing progress!
-
Welcome - 4Kg in 2 months is great. We are all in a hurry to get the weight off but it takes time and effort so keep going!

I think the vegetarians just buy this stuff but the question is probably better directed to the manufacturers of the products. However, this is probably more for the ex-carnivores who miss the taste & texture etc.

Week 3 Weekly Goal: 3500 Day 1 - 280 calories (Brisk Walk) Day 2 – 294 calories (Les Mills Pump) Day 3 - REST DAY Day 4 – 623 calories (c25k & Elliptical) Day 5 – 575 calories (Les Mills Pump & Brisk Walk) Total - 1772 Left to go - 1728

Getting 3.5 kms in each day is good so keep that going - it all counts. Try to make it brisk to get the maximum benefit. If you can get to places at the weekend that allow you the space and distance to jog/walk etc then that is worth trying too.

Welcome Mansi. Best advice I can give you is to exercise regularly and don't reduce your calories too low. The combination of this and tracking accurately what you're eating will help you reach your goals. Good Luck.
