Okay so after your post, I went and made myself eat dinner. If you feel up to it, have a look and see of thats better??? Meanwhile, Im gonna play around with my diary goal settings.

Im clueless as to how to set up my goals. Ive tried a number of times but cannot seem to get it right. And protein poisoning???? Seriously? I see diaries that are nothing but protein. And the majority of the ones that are eating just meat are posting about how they would rather die than eat a plant based diet. Im at a loss.

I also would like to add, that for those of you zero carbers who believe that veggies are poisonous and choose to live on meat alone, no judgment there-however, thats not for me.

Okay, so day two (I started yesterday for real) and as I was logging my meals, I am frustrated. I have gone over my caloric intake of 1200 calories by 200 calories! Canada Dry Diet tonic water has NO carbs.

Diet tonic water does exist. Canada Dry makes one and there are NO carbs in it. Sounds like Gin and tonic will be my new favorite!

I totally feel your pain. Its actually nice to know that I'm not the only one to struggle with this. I drink 2 glasses of merlot EVERY night. I have tried every diet known to man (without cutting out my wine habit) and NOTHING is working. I'm about to be 46, so I know this plays a part as well. But I also cheat a lot too.…
