Thank you! I've only been doing it for the past 2-3 months. Then what would explain the rapid loss compared to what my goal per week is (2lbs). I've lost a over 4 or so pounds this week, and I've maintained the calorie count allowance at about 50% of what I'm given. Workouts are also maintained to 5 days a week for 30mins…

I've been playing "The Biggest Loser" and "Kinect Sports". Playing sports actually helped me burn more calories than Biggest Loser for some reason. I'm looking to get a calorie counter to keep track of the burnt calories, but I'm not looking to spend $100. Any suggestions?
