I think she reversed them-- she goes from thin to slightly overweight! You can tell mostly in the hips and arm toning. :-)

Oooh, good luck! I ran May to Sept last year, lost 25 lbs and went from a 39 min 5k to 32. And then.... fell off the wagon. sigh. It's amazing though how fast you can improve with training!!

I really like café steamers (chicken marinera is my favorite), and the prepackaged "café bowl' salads at Safeway--- and they just added little wrap bowls! Two small tortillas and yummy spicy sauce. Aw, sorry you feel bad. It's literally meaningless, though. My 7 year old is rail thin and if she eats a lot all day she'll joke around and be like, "LOOOK AT MY FAT TUMMY!" as a funny thing.
