OK, that makes sense. I'm often just not hungry, so I'd hate to eat just for the sake of making up a couple of hundred calories, and every now and then I love a treat. Had a glass of wine today though... that was totally worth it :)

Mine were DD before I started dieting and are now down to C. The weight came off the girls first and then the rest of my body. I'm not sorry, they're much more manageable now :)

I've cut back (would rather eat those calories!) but I wouldn't want to give up completely :) Generally keep the wine for weekends and am quite strict as to how much I drink.

That's why I ask. A chiropractor once told me that I shouldn't count tea, coffee or diet drinks like Coke zero towards my total water intake. Definitely get your thyroid checked. I'm hypothyroid and my hair was coming out like crazy before I started getting medicated. Other symptoms include difficulty losing weight/weight gain, dry skin, feeling the cold a lot, being tired all the time, sore muscles and constipation. Not fun!
