  • Awesome post! Ok so I have to say this....when I went back out on the "dating scene" I found out that a lot of the HOT MEN at the gym are/were "closet bisexuals". I don't have any issues with that, but it suprised the heck out of me! And I also discovered that a lot of the "good looking" people at the gym are infested with…
  • I'm on week 5. It's a great program. I've been an avide bodybuilder for years and I was looking for a shake up in my routine. This is awesome! I'm using a different eating plan. My goals are to build up muscle and zap the fat!
  • I agree. It's basically eating clean with a twist.
  • I purchased Maseca mix and make fresh ones at home. Definitely not as good for you as simply not eating chips, but I love the fact that I control the flavoring and crispiness.
  • AWESOME! THANK YOU!
  • Remember that every day is a new day to start over. No one said it was going to be easy, so don't beat yourself up. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet so if you want to eat a little bit of something, do it. Denying yourself something will make you crave and want it that much more. You can do whatever you put your mind to!…
  • Hola! 41y/o Ops Mngr for a national home builder. I've been actively lifting weights for a few years. Thought about competing, then thought again. Running my first 1/2 marathon in September. Doing my best to live a healthy and active life, but sometimes naps happen! I love to sleep, my dog and my man. Just want to gain…
  • Drink at least 60oz of water and get my workout in tonight after work since I missed it this morning!
  • StairMaster....although it sucks, it's a great way to burn calories (and your butt) and develop muscle at the same time!
  • Every morning I have a scoop of Phase8 Milk chocolate PP and mix it with 8oz cold coffee and a few ice cubes! Getting my caffeine and my protein and it's filling!
  • I've been looking into Advocare....My biggest concern is that all their protein products seem to have a high sugar content. Personally I don't believe in cleanses, depriving your body of proper nutrition, you're simply doing yourself a dis-justice. You could also consider taking a more healthy approach and eat clean.…
  • I have a protein/coffee shake before working out. After my cardio, a banana to help restore my potassium. After weight lifting I eat 3 whole eggs and 1/2 c Oats w/ 1/3 c blueberries. Protein before/after your workouts will help to build lean muscle and complex carbs will help to keep you fuller longer.
  • Are you eating enough protein and complex carbs...?
  • I lift and I lift heavy. I've been approached about competing. Something I've considered, then quickly decided it wasn't for me. I've noticed that women tend to be scared to lift in the gym which is sad. I see more and more women squatting, which is great, but working on your body as a whole is better. I want to transform…
