I ran a bit last year- but I got split shins because I didn't have proper trainers. I might go back to week 4/5- just to make sure I'm not pushing myself too hard and risk another injury!

Yep, I ran for 5 mins, walked for 3, ran for 8 mins, walked for 3, ran for 5 mins in total. I think it was about 1.5/2 miles

Mental health provision in the UK is beyond bad. I wouldn't be surprised!

If you need to go on antidepressants then do! They can be a life saver- and in the long run your mental health now is more important. If (and a big if!) you do gain weight on them, then deal with it when you're mentally healthy.

Of course not. Read it in the context. Having nicotine (and only nicotine- as in from an e-cig, not a cigarette filled with tar and chemicals) is as equivalent to caffeine. Both are addictive, but cause minimal side effects. And actually there is nicotine in most vegetables, so everyone has it to some extent!

They're completely utterly different! When spaghetti squash is cooked the flesh turns into strands like spaghetti, without any work at all. Butternut squash wouldn't do that on its own! I bought spaghetti squash from tesco, also sell it in Waitrose, although I'm in London so probably have more choice!

I'm a student so I'm quite poor! It's hard to buy lots of vegetables for dinner, and then expensive things for snack too! I put my own in, I'm eating at a 580cal deficit, so hoping to lose 1lb a week! I probably don't drink enough water- I live in London and it tastes awful! But will make that my mission for this week! Thanks :)
