I log it as 70 and move on with life.

I am making yogurt in mine right now.

I look at them all as entertainment - nothing I'd base my life on. The one I did watch recently that I thought was motivating was From Fat to Finish Line.

If you're doing any of your own cooking you really need to be using the recipe builder. If you're using the recipe builder and still having troubles maybe you can be more specific as to what problems you're having with it so we can give more targeted advice.

You only want to burn 50 calories? So do like 50 squats and 50 lunges. 50 calories really isn't anything to worry about for weight loss.
-
Do you have any actual reason to avoid dairy? Maybe you could be more specific about your dairy concerns? If it is just because you read some stupid Dr. Oz article or some instagram post that dairy = bad - then no. Eat the dairy if you like it, it fits your calories and other goals, and you want to eat it.
-
But why? Pushing the complete button doesn't do anything and now you just have an innacurate diary so why log at all? I've never understood this.

I never pay enough attention to MLM scams and junk messages to know. Delete and move on.

Sounds like your focus is more on silly rules that have nothing to do with weight loss and maybe not enough on accurate logging. Are you using a food scale for all solids? Measuring cups/spoons for all liquids? Using accurate entries? Using the recipe builder? Logging everything that passes your lips? Etc

Since you logged in to post this you won't lose your streak. You don't need to actually log food for the streak. If you're sick - concentrate on getting well. Don't worry about your calorie goal. Hope you feel better soon.

You're going to have a big mess of you just start dumping food on the scale. Most have a tare button - if it doesn't then don't buy it. Put your plate/bowl/whatever on the scale - hit the tare button - the scale will now say 0 again - Then put your food on the plate (in the bowl, whatever). If you have multiple items hit…

Your nerves? Because you're unable to tell us what "crap" is in the food?

I like my cheese sassy.

Log it, learn from it, adjust if necessary (1200 is the very minimum and not always an appropriate goal), move on.
-
Why does it matter what everyone else thinks? If it works for you then do it.

I assume you're following MFP as intended and eating back at least a portion of those exercise calories? If you're still going over you might need to cut back on the cardio a bit. I can't even imagine that long on the elliptical - I'd die of boredom long before I could reach 60 minutes on it!

They might notice but aren't saying anything. I absolutely hate when people comment on my weight. It's awkward, uncomfortable, often creepy, just gross - please don't do it. Therefore, unless you tell me you're trying to lose weight I probably am not going to comment on it.

If your liver and kidneys aren't working some disgusting juice mix isn't going to fix it - that's something a doctor would need to treat. A cleanse is absolutely something you should NOT waste your time with.

2-3 days? Patience. And likely isn't muscle.

How's your logging? Often when someone is stuffed full on very few calories there are logging issues involved. If you're using your food scale for all solids, measuring cups/spoons for all liquids, using accurate entries, using the recipe builder, logging everything that passes your lips, etc then you might want to…

I never understand why anyone would want to do something they need to be talked into. Sounds like it is something that doesn't fit with your goals or whatever so why even bother with it?
-
Just curious - why start something that you already know you won't like and is completely unsustainable and you consider expensive? Seems like a recipe for failure.

Looks like a normal body to me... Not sure where the issue is. 40 to 50 lbs lost would be quite extreme for your height - you'd definitely be in the underweight category. I'd suggest some strength training to firm things up and maybe a couple pounds weight loss if you'd like but no where near 40-50lbs.

I don't even worry about sugar from a snickers bar. I have no medical reason to track sugar and so I am definitely not going to get concerned about naturally occurring sugars. I track fiber instead - more useful info for me.

Hey pink sister (almost done with treatment here)! You've lost 2 lbs - that's great! And doing cross-fit. Fabulous. Don't poo poo your progress. How long have you been at this?
-
Ummm... almost 5 lbs in a month - what's the problem? Other than unrealistic expectations. I'd start there with making adjustments.
-
How accurate is your logging? Are you using a food scale for all solids? Measuring cups/spoons for all liquids? Using accurate entries? Logging everything you put in your mouth? If your logging is 100% accurate start looking into eating more calorie dense foods - full fat dairy, nuts, nut butters, avocados, nothing "diet",…

I think this is a matter of just not seeing yourself accurately. Your legs are in no way bulky based on the posted photos. You can't get taller with any amount of exercise.

Are you tracking calories at all? And if so, are you in a calorie deficit?
